Ladies and Gentlemen, Harry,

This year we are meeting in Gatlinburg, Tennessee the last weekend in September (24-26).  We will be staying at the Ramada Inn and our room rate is $53.00 per night + tax. In order to obtain this rate we must, as a group, utilize a minimum of 30 room nights for the weekend.  Anythig less than this and we will be charged a $10.00 per night unoccupied room charge.    I NEED A GOOD ATTENDEE COUNT ASAP.  Email me as soon as you know you (and wives/girlfriends/boyfriends/kids/etc.) will be attending so I can have a better idea for planning dinners, activities, and hospitality supplies. 

We will have a hospitality Suite on Friday evening. (Location TBD) 

On Saturday evening we will have dinner at a location TBD.  Details forth coming.

The Raffle will be held after dinner.  Some really good stuff this year.  In fact, there will be a regular raffle and then a special raffle.

Upon completion of raffle, all Company members are invited to participate in a 7 card stud tournament to be held at the Ramada Inn breakfast area.  There is no buy in required.  Cash prizes for the top three (3) chip holders at the end of play.

Because I still have a few details to finalize with the contract I do not want any one making reservations right now.  I am still negotiating how late you can cancel your reservation if something happens. But, as soon as I have things set, please make your reservations right away.  We only have "x" amount of rooms blocked at the $53.00 rate until 30 days prior and we can add on to that number as we go as long as rooms are available.  So book early to insure you get a room at the Alpha Company rate.
